No. If you have an idea, a reference image, or even a description, we can work from that. For complex custom designs, we may charge a small design fee.
STL, 3MF, OBJ, and STEP. We also accept reference images (JPG, PNG) and PDFs. If you're unsure, just send what you have.
After we send your quote and you approve it, we'll send a payment link. We accept all major cards. For bulk orders, we may require a deposit upfront.
Most standard orders ship within 5-10 business days. Bulk and fundraiser orders may take 10-14 days depending on quantity. We'll give you a specific timeline with your quote.
Yes. We ship anywhere in the contiguous US. Local Rogers/NWA customers can also arrange pickup.
USPS and UPS depending on size and destination. Tracking is included on all shipped orders.
Primarily PLA and PETG for most products. We can also do specialty filaments (matte, silk, wood-fill, etc.) for specific projects. Ask us when you quote.
Yes. We carry a wide range of filament colors. Let us know your preference in the quote form.
Yes -- our Bambu printers support multi-color printing. Let us know what you need.
Our build volume goes up to approximately 256x256x256mm on the X1C. Larger items may need to be printed in parts and assembled.
Yes. Send your artwork or logo and we'll incorporate it. For complex original designs, we may charge a design fee.

For single items, no minimum. For bulk/fundraiser orders, minimums vary by product (typically 10-25 units).
Yes. We can print a sample for approval before you commit to a full run.
